Our Enterpreneurial Business Model adds value to our customers in all fields of digital transformation. This model is based on turning every Medyasoft employee to an enterpreneur. We start our quest by hiring positive-thinker workmates that are well educated, open minded, modernist and committed to business ethics. It is as important as their current skills that how much these employees are going to improve themselves in regards to their current situation. Our primary aim is to educate them with the innovation culture of our company, and make them develop brand new ideas.

We help ideas turn into businesses

With our business experience, we help these ideas grow, and if we can improve them together, we put the units of work that are triggered by the ideas in practice. The owners of the ideas take responsibility as the leaders of the business units and organize as independent bodies in the workplace, determining their self-contained strategies, funds, business plans and organizations.

We evaluate these strategies, direct the funds and business plans and provide the necessary financial support. Medyasoft’s HR, Administrative Affairs, R&D and finance departments also give logistic support to these business units. We brandize expanding businesses

When they have captured a sustainable growth, these business units first get brandized, and then become self-contained companies which have independent venues. During this process our business unit leaders receive and experience a virtual general directorate training in a sense, and learn to make a budget, apply the business plan, form a team and motivate them, marketing, commercialize innovative ideas and examine product life cycle. Our first success story: ePlatform

We created the first success stories of this enterpreneurial business model of us in 2017. ‘e-Platform’, aiming to provide a KOBİ’s all information technology needs in a single cloud platorm; ceased being a business unit and left our company as a separate organization, moving in to their new office in Kozyatağı, Nidakule. It will continue to increase the number of KOBİ customers they serve, which has reached 1000 until now, by forming strategic partnership alliances and enhancing their product range.

From Digital Solutions to Medyasoft Digital...

Developing unique products and services to secure companies’ digital transformation, offering a pleasant user experience; our ‘Digital Solutions’ business unit has completed its brandization process under the name of ‘Medyasoft Digital’. We foresee the independent corporation of this structure which has a wide range of customers including pioneer institutions and organizatons, in early 2018.

SAP Business Solutions: Renova

Our Business Solutions unit is one of the pioneer business associations of SAP. This business unit has combined SAP’s globally competent applications with their innovative ideas and developed unique solutions in aviation, fast moving consumer goods, education, telco and omnichannel fields. These solutions has been applied to chief institutions and organizations succesfully. We brandized this business unit under the name of ‘Renova’ and decided to also separate them as a specific company in 2018.

A business culture that encourages Business Ideas

Our primary goal is to create a business culture that encourages every Medyasoft employee to develop business ideas. We would like to turn business ideas into business units, and then brands and eventually companies. We would like the ones that put these ideas succesfully in practice to get options from companies and that way, enhance our enterpreneurial competence. We would like to add brand new business units and startups to Medyasoft rather than expanding business groups; and increase agility, fluency, inventiveness as well as the appropriation of companies instead of expanding and reducing their capacity.
